【摘要】:Choiceofmethoddependsprimarilyonwhichequipmentisavailable.Higheraccuracyispossiblewiththegasometer.Theaccuraciesofthemethodsofatmosphericanalysis,forwhichthecalibrationprocedureisintended,donotwarranttheveryhighestpossibleaccuracyinflowmeasurement.1.1Thispracticecoversthecalibrationofvariable-areaflowmeters(rotameters)usedtodetermineairsamplevolumesatorclosetoambientconditionsofpressureandtemperature,intheanalysisofatmospheresforpollutantcontent.1.2Units8212;ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
