【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesproceduresformeasuringandreportingthenoiseemissionofinformationtechnologyandtelecommunicationsequipment.Thisstandardisconsideredpartofanoisetestcodeforthistypeofequipment,andisbasedonbasicnoiseemissionstandardsISO3741,ISO3744,ISO3745andISO11201.ThebasicemissionquantityistheA-weightedsoundpowerlevelwhichmaybeusedforcomparingequipmentofthesametypebutfromdifferentmanufacturers,orforcomparingdifferentequipment.ThreebasicnoiseemissionstandardsfordeterminingthesoundpowerlevelsarespecifiedinthisInternationalStandardinordertoavoidunduerestrictiononexistingfacilitiesandexperience.Thefirstbasicstandard(ISO3741)specifiescomparisonmeasurementsinareverberationroom;theothertwo(ISO3744andISO3745)specifymeasurementsinanessentiallyfreefieldoverareflectingplane.AnyoneofthesethreebasicnoiseemissionstandardsmaybeselectedandshallthenbeusedexclusivelyaccordingtothisInternationalStandardwhendeterminingsoundpowerlevelsofamachine.TheA-weightedsoundpowerlevelissupplementedbytheA-weightedsoundpressurelevelmeasuredattheoperatorposition(s)orthebystanderpositions,basedonthebasicnoiseemissionstandardISO11201.Thissoundpressurelevelisnotaworker'simmissionratinglevel,butitmayassistinidentifyinganypotentialproblemsthatcouldcauseannoyance,activityinterference,orhearingdamagetooperatorsandbystanders.MethodsfordeterminingwhetherthenoiseemissionincludesprominentdiscretetonesorisimpulsiveincharacterarespecifiedinannexesDandErespectively.ThisInternationalStandardissuitablefortypetestsandprovidesmethodsformanufacturersandtestinglaboratoriestoobtaincomparableresults.ThemethodsspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardallowthedeterminationofnoiseemissionlevelsforaunittestedindividually.Theproceduresmaybeappliedtoequipmentwhichemitsbroad-bandnoise,narrow-bandnoiseandnoisewhichcontainsdiscrete-frequencycomponents,orimpulsivenoise.Thesoundpowerandsoundpressurelevelsobtainedmayservenoiseemissiondeclarationandcomparisonpurposes(seeISO9296).Theyarenottobeconsideredasinstallationnoiseimmissionlevels;howevertheymaybeusedforinstallationplanning(seeECMATR/27).Ifsoundpowerlevelsobtainedaredeterminedforanumberofunitsofthesameproductionseries,theycanbeusedtodetermineastatisticalvalueforthatproductionseries(ISO9296).
